If you wish to make a suggestion or raise concerns about any aspect of our service or facilities, you can do this by:

-  Speaking to your nurse, the team leader, the hospital manager or your specialist.

-  Providing written feedback on your patient questionnaire (see below).

If you are an inpatient or day case patient, you will find a Complaints leaflet in your room and day surgery patients will be able to access one in their admit/discharge room.
