Today, we’d like to acknowledge all of our Anaesthetic Technicians and Registered Nurse Anaesthetic Assistants who work in our hospitals and day surgeries, ensuring the safety of those in our care during their most vulnerable moments.
Anaesthetic Technicians play an important role in all procedures where anaesthetic is involved and are an integral member of our operating theatre teams. It’s a diverse role that requires quick and agile thinking to respond to the unexpected changes that can occur during procedures, while also taking responsibility for ensuring equipment is safe, functional and available.
The work they do is truly outstanding, so join us in wishing them a Happy Anaesthetic Technicians Day. Thank you team!
