Webinar CME session: “Non-invasive Monitoring and Treatment of Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) – what the GP needs to know in 2022” & “Chronic nausea and vomiting”

GPs and primary healthcare practitioners will hear a presentation from Dr Chris Cederwall (Gastroenterologist) and Dr Caroline Di Jiang (Gastroenterologist and Endoscopist) about  Gastroenterology through a Webinar.

Learning outcomes:

  • Clinical symptoms can be poorly correlated with disease activity, and objective interval assessments with treatment optimization is key to achieving good IBD outcomes
  • Non-invasive monitoring is safe and acceptable for the patient, and is especially important in the Covid-19 era
  • From 01 March 2022, Amgevita will be the main funded brand of the anti-TNF Adalimumab, and most patients currently on Humira will be switched over to Amgevita
